Registration of Interest for Expo

Please indicate whether you would like a standard trestle table (1.8m x 0.75m) supplied.
Please indicate whether you would like two chairs supplied with your stall.

Please read the full set of terms and conditions. However, a brief summary is:

  1. The Expo will be open from 8am to 4pm to allow people in the valley to plan their day to allow time to attend. All exhibitors are expected to be present during these hours.
  2. Each exhibitor is required to pay a participation fee of NZD $150 (no GST). Payment must be made in full upon confirmation of allocation of an exhibition site to secure the allocated space at the expo.
  3. Exhibitors must set up their stalls on Friday, 3rd October 2025, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
  4. Exhibitors must dismantle their stalls and remove all materials between 4 and 6pm on Saturday 4th October.
  5. Each exhibitor will be provided with a designated space, including a table and chairs.
  6. Exhibitors must comply with health and safety regulations, including electrical safety standards where applicable.
  7. By participating in the expo, exhibitors consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
  8. All exhibitors are invited to a social function from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, 3rd October 2025.
